Gjika Holdings LLC does not claim to be the owner of the properties we market for sale, however we hold either an active contract direct to seller, or hold equitable interest through the contract holder.

Properties are being sold as-is, and buyer is to pay all closing costs. No representations written or oral are made concerning properties. Price based on a cash or hard money offer and is net to Gjika Holdings LLC. All offers on properties require a non-refundable earnest deposit and have an average 7 day close of escrow.

Comps and values are provided for informational purposes only. Gjika Holding LLC's members or employees make no guarantees concerning property condition, value, characteristics or financial benefits. Buyer is to use independent due diligence to determine property condition at the buyer's expense. Buyer's Proof of Funds will be required before contract assignment will be sent.
 

We take interference in our contract seriously. Viewing of this page constitutes knowledge of the existence of a contract/assignment. Marketing of our contract/assignment without written agreement will result in legal action.
